What happens when you delete your account?
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Here's what will be removed:
Data that will be deleted:
- Your personal profile information
- Store inventory data
- Sales records and analytics
- AI chat conversation history
- Account preferences and settings
- Subscription information
Data retention for legal compliance
Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes for up to 7 years, including transaction records for tax purposes and security logs.
How to request account deletion

Processing time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
